The final angiogram following intravascular ultrasound-guided percutaneous coronary intervention of the left main coronary artery (LMCA), left anterior descending artery, and left circumflex artery, with extensive calcium modification, including kissing balloon inflation with 2 OPN NC balloons (SIS Medical AG) in the LMCA.
