Video 1. Coronary angiogram from the posteroanterior caudal view demonstrating an occlusion of the proximal left circumflex artery with high thrombus burden.

Video 2. Posteroanterior caudal view following predilatations and thrombus aspiration. Flow was restored in the obtuse marginal branches; however, Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction-0 flow persisted in the atrioventricular-left circumflex artery because of thrombus migration.
