Video 1. Initial angiography showing 99% subocclusive stenosis of the mid-left anterior descending artery and impaired flow.

Video 2. Optical coherence tomography acquisition with high-definition automated analysis (Ultreon software [Abbott]) demonstrating an intact fibrous cap (plaque erosion) and real-time luminal measurements (minimal lumen area: 2.6 mm²) following mechanical reperfusion.

Video 3. Follow-up angiography at day 8 demonstrating a strictly normal angiographic result.
