Video 1. Index coronary angiography showing a critical lesion in the middle right coronary artery and the final result after implantation of the zotarolimus-eluting stent, without immediate complications.

Video 2. Repeat coronary angiography showing acute stent thrombosis with thrombotic occlusion and compression of the distal vessel, which limits coronary flow.

Video 3. Coronary angiography after fenestration using a cutting balloon, demonstrating restoration of distal flow and multiple dissection planes along the vessel wall.

Video 4. Intravascular ultrasound showing multiple fenestration tracts within the intramural hematoma following balloon fenestration.
