Expanding the Role of Immunotherapy in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

At Great Debates Solid Tumors in Miami, Florida, Yuan Yuan, MD, PhD, from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center,  Pasadena, California, discusses whether all patients with triple-negative breast cancer should receive immunotherapy.

Dr Yuan highlights the persistent unmet need in this population, noting that outcomes remain poor after recurrence despite recent advances, and emphasizes the importance of expanding and personalizing immunotherapy approaches to address tumor heterogeneity and improve long-term outcomes.
