Video 2. Postero-anterior caudal view, 2 thrombi are visualized near the left circumflex artery ostium.

Video 3. The postero-anterior caudal cine demonstrates real-time migration of an left circumflex artery thrombus into the distal left anterior descending artery. The thrombus trajectory can be followed by reviewing the video frame by frame.
