In this video, Adam Friedman, MD, FAAD, asks Blair Allais, MD, and Jessica Kalen, MD, to share their tips for engaging and connecting residents and medical students during rotations.
Drs Allais and Kalen are rising third-year residents (incoming chief residents) at the department of dermatology at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. Dr Friedman is the residency program director, a professor, and chair of the department of dermatology, as well as director of Translational Research, at the George Washington University School of Medicine.
