Multiple Sclerosis and Psoriasis

Dr Cohen examines the complex relationship between psoriasis and multiple sclerosis (MS), focusing on the impact of TNF-alpha inhibitors. Studies show that TNF inhibitors not only lack benefit in MS but may also worsen disease activity and induce demyelination.

Jeffrey M. Cohen, MD is a board-certified medical dermatologist and the director of the psoriasis treatment program at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.
