Topical Therapies for Pediatric AD

A review of topical treatments for pediatric atopic dermatitis, from calcineurin inhibitors like pimecrolimus and tacrolimus to newer options like the PDE4 inhibitor crisaborole and the JAK inhibitor ruxolitinib. These therapies vary in molecular weight, systemic absorption, and efficacy in reducing inflammation and itch.
