United Hatzalah Appoints Julie Lipsett-Singer as New Global Chief Development Officer

NEW YORK—United Hatzalah of Israel, the world’s largest fully volunteer emergency medical service, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Lipsett-Singer as its new Global Chief Development Officer (CDO). With more than 17 years of experience in Jewish communal fundraising and leadership, Lipsett-Singer brings a proven track record of cultivating transformative philanthropy and building strong, mission-driven teams.

Julie Lippsett-SingerLipsett-Singer began her professional fundraising career in 2008 after working in social work and volunteering within the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). For over  two decades, she has led development efforts at major Israel-focused organizations, including Natal, JAFI, the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, and most recently American Friends of Tel Aviv University, where she served as CDO for seven years and secured a record $125 million gift.

As Global CDO, Lipsett-Singer will lead United Hatzalah’s global development strategy, with a focus on expanding the organization’s fundraising in new markets, strengthening donor stewardship, and increasing visibility and brand awareness worldwide.
